Bryce Canyon National Park
I was able to visit Bryce Canyon in 2008 while I was in Utah to hike "The Narrows" at Zion National Park. It is a really interesting place, with lots and lots of Hoodoos making up the main feature of the park. The colors are amazing, and the scale of it is pretty impressive.
I wasn't able to stay for long, but I did take the time to do the main trail through the most interesting section, as well as the drive to the far end of the park. There were actually some controlled burns at the time, so it was a bit smokey for some of it.
I'd like to go back and do one of the multi day trails at some point.
