Clearwire
Clearwire (aka IntraISP/River City Internet Group) was my first job out of college. It was a quickly growing company with a lot of turnover, so I got to experience it as a 20 person company, a 300 person company, and a multi thousand person company after it was bought out. The culture, as expected, changed quite a bit during that time as well. The dress code went from casual to business casual, which are two very different things. The development process went from "fix it now" to "fix it, write a TPS report, QA it, fix it again, write another report, QA it, push it, QA it, push it, QA it". The salary, however, barely changed. Yay?
That said, I learned a lot from Clearwire, some of it good (programming skills), some of it bad (long hours aren't fun), and some of it ugly (politics). While I'm glad I moved on, it was an experience that I needed to have, and always consider it my first "real" job.
