First Trip with Car
I did my first trip with my new car today, and it felt amazing to get out out into New Zealand. I went south from Queenstown down to Gore, and then back up in a circular fashion.
To be honest, I didn't see my of anything, as the south of the island is pretty boring, actually. It is a lot of pasture and rolling hills much like Ireland. That said, it is truly beautiful, but seriously unpopulated.
My car felt great to drive, and I learned that it gets pretty crappy gas mileage - about 21mpg. Yay?
