My love of travel inspired a love of photography - it is so much fun to save a record of where you have been! While I can't say that I'm an amazing photographer, I've had the benefit of being in the right place at the right time a few times and occasionally get a few shots that I think are special.

Previously, I was using a Nikon D40 with a 18-55mm f/3.5 and a 55-200mm f/4. It wasn't great equipment, but it was fairly small and cheap enough that I didn't fear breaking it.

Currently, I'm using a Canon 7D. I use it for underwater videography, so I mostly use my Tokina 10-17mm fisheye while underwater. On land, I switch between a 50mm f/1.8 and a cheap 18-55mm.
